Chiefs Pride at the Beach
21st January 2010 11:39AM
It was great to see passion for the Chiefs over the holiday break!
A large replica of the powerful looking Chiefs logo was one of the top 10 winning sandcastles at the annual Matarangi Sandcastle Competition in late December on the Coromandel Peninsula.
The Chiefs sandcastle was proudly put together by the Cron and Andersen families from Hamilton. It took a good two hours of teamwork and perseverance, and the result certainly flew the Chiefs flag at the beach that day.
