Work & Play at Whangamata

It was a mixture of work and play for the Chiefs at their two-day camp at Whangamata earlier this week.
Training sessions were intense and hot at the Bay of the Plenty beachside town for the Chiefs. But later on Monday afternoon a few of the Chiefs players and team management took time to wind down with a bit of beach cricket.
Chiefs halfback Brendon Leonard (pictured) was keen to brush up on his cricketing skills ahead of Sunday's Gallagher Group Chiefs v Celebrities Charity cricket game in Hamilton. Former Chief and current Chiefs skill coach Scott McLeod (pictured) proved to be a more than handy wicket keeper in the beach cricket session.
