Terms & Conditions
Our objective is to provide excellent service to all our customers. Please note the following conditions.
- Your membership allows admission to all Waikato and Chiefs pool matches at Waikato Stadium, Hamilton. It does not include semi finals and finals of both Rebel Sport Super 14 and Air New Zealand Cup - but you will have first right of purchase if these events are at Waikato Stadium.
- Ownership of a membership is non-transferable and the card can not be on-sold by any party without written authorisation.
- Your membership can be revoked for abusive or dangerous behaviour.
- Your season membership will be invalidated if payment is not received in keeping with the payment schedule.
- Part payments must be paid by providing a single credit card. Part payments incur a $20 administration fee, split across six monthly equal instalments. All part payments will be processed on 20th of each month. First payment is due on 20th January 2010, the last due on 20th June 2010. If you purchase after the 20th January 2010 your first instalment will amount to the total of monthly payments dating back to January 2010.
- Providing the terms and conditions are met to the satisfaction of Waikato Rugby, you have an automatic right of renewal for subsequent Memberships.
- There is a $10 fee per membership for the replacement of lost or stolen memberships.
- Use of memberships that have been reported as lost or stolen will result in prosecution.
Dishonoured Credit Card Payments: If a credit card payment is declined by your bank, you will be contacted regarding an alternate form of payment. If payment is not received in keeping with terms, entry will be barred.
Dishonoured Cheque Payments: If a cheque is dishonoured, you will be contacted for a further form of payment. If payment is not received in keeping with terms, entry will be barred.
