Bay of Plenty prop Aidan Ross was a member of the New Zealand Under-20 squad who took out the World Rugby Under-20 Championship in Italy.
In 2017 Ross was called into the Gallagher Chiefs squad as an injury cover and made his debut against the Western Force.
Ross captained and lead Bay of Plenty to victory in the 2019 Mitre 10 Cup Championship final. He continued his form through to the Gallagher Chiefs 2020 season as a regular starter.
Ross was a consistent performer during the 2021 Sky Super Rugby competition for the Gallagher Chiefs and was called into the All Blacks Squad for the Steinlager Series. In 2022 Ross was named in the All Blacks Squad to take on Ireland and made his debut in Dunedin.
After another consistent season in the 2023 DHL Super Rugby Pacific, Ross was named in the All Blacks XV squad for the Lipovitan-D Challenge Cup in Japan.
