If you're keen to support us for their 2022 season, you can go here to see a list of 2022 membership options. Select the type of membership you wish to purchase, please check the information about the membership so you can see all the great benefits you get as a loyal member. Then...
1. Click ‘Get Membership’ which will take you to the seat selection process.
2. Select how many people you are wanting to buy memberships for and then press the red ‘Seat Select’ button.
3. On the map, you will see the different sections where seats are available. You can click on one of the sections to zoom in and see the seat which are available to select in green.
4. When you are selecting seats we try to fit everyone into a row, if this isn’t suitable for you, please click ‘Quick select’ in the top right corner to bring up a drop-down menu and then select ‘Free select’ to be able to select seats individually. To unselect seats please click on the seat again.
5. Once you have selected the seats you are happy with you will see your selection on the left-hand side of the screen. Please ensure you have the right kind of ticket type, either ‘Adult’ or ‘Child’. This is also where you can select your Mooloo’s Membership add-on option as well.
6. When you are happy with your ticket options, please click ‘Buy tickets’ which will take you to your delivery options.
7. Select the delivery option that you would like and then click ‘Next’
8. Enter your Billing & Address details on this screen then scroll down to the bottom and press ‘Next’
9. Please select your preferred payment method, and review the T&Cs/Privacy policy. Once you are happy with them, please tick them and opt-in to marketing & promotions to hear more from the Chiefs. Then press ‘Next’ to enter your payment details.
10. Finally, please fill out the details for each membership and press ‘Next’.

Yes we sure do. Wheelchair accessible memberships are located in the Black Zone which is in the Brian Perry Stand. Contact one of our team for more information.
Membership packs can be collected from late January at Chiefs HQ in Hamilton (10 Bisley Road) or at our first home game. Alternatively, Membership packs can be sent via courier however courier fees apply.
You will also be able to collect your membership pack at Members Day on Feb 2nd

You can enter through the dedicated members lane at your gate listed on your membership card. You don't have to wait in lines at the general access gates, remember to use your exclusive member's gate for access.
Your Chiefs membership does not include any NPC games unless you select a Chiefs + Mooloo Membership when purchasing your 2022 Membership (Waikato Home Matches only). Contact any of our other NPC provincial unions (Bay of Plenty Rugby, Counties Manukau Rugby, Taranaki Rugby) to ask about their respective membership/ticket offerings.
For all online purchases, a 2.5% credit card fee applies.
We have gift vouchers that you can purchase which will allow that special someone to decide on where they would like to have their membership seat. Just give us a call on 0800 4 CHIEFS and we can arrange this for you with no minimum dollar value required.
Yes, our members get a 20% discount on merchandise and apparel online, at Chiefs HQ, at game day merch shops or from any pop up stand that we operate. Your membership number will enable to you to access your discount from our online store. New 2022/23 Gallagher Chiefs jerseys are included in this discount.
Yes. Under the NZ Government’s Covid-19 Protection Framework, all H3 venues including FMG Stadium Waikato are operating with Covid-19 vaccination requirements – meaning everyone aged 12 years and three months or older who enters these facilities, including eventgoers, staff, clients and contractors, will need to hold a current My Vaccine Pass.

For any free matches as part of a membership there will be no refund available. However credit/refund/ donate options will apply for any match included as part of the membership price.
