  • How do I purchase a Chiefs Membership?

    If you're keen to support us for their 2024 season, you can go here to see a list of 2024 membership options. Select the type of membership you wish to purchase, please check the information about the membership so you can see all the great benefits you get as a loyal member. Then...

    1. Click ‘Get Membership’ which will take you to the seat selection process.

    2. Select how many people you are wanting to buy memberships for and then press the red ‘Seat Select’ button.

    3. On the map, you will see the different sections where seats are available. You can click on one of the sections to zoom in and see the seat which are available to select in green.

    4. When you are selecting seats we try to fit everyone into a row, if this isn’t suitable for you, please click ‘Quick select’ in the top right corner to bring up a drop-down menu and then select ‘Free select’ to be able to select seats individually. To unselect seats please click on the seat again.

    5. Once you have selected the seats you are happy with you will see your selection on the left-hand side of the screen. Please ensure you have the right kind of ticket type, either ‘Adult’ or ‘Child’.

    6. When you are happy with your ticket options, please click ‘Buy tickets’ which will take you to your delivery options.

    7. Select the delivery option that you would like and then click ‘Next’

    8. Enter your Billing & Address details on this screen then scroll down to the bottom and press ‘Next’

    9. Please select your preferred payment method, and review the T&Cs/Privacy policy. Once you are happy with them, please tick them and opt-in to marketing & promotions to hear more from the Chiefs (must be opted in to receive news, discounts and other Chiefs Member deals.) Then press ‘Next’ to enter your payment details.

    10. Finally, please fill out the details for each membership and press ‘Next’.

  • How do I renew my membership?

    You will receive an email from chiefs.flicket.co.nz with the link to renew your membership.

    1. Click on the “Renew My Membership” button in your email
    2. Select the memberships you want to renew. Then, select “Renew Selected Memberships”
    3. Select the dropdown box and select the membership type you'd like. Then, select "Renew Membership"
    4. Fill in your details then select “Next”
    5. Agree with the T&Cs then select “Next”
    6. Enter your payment details
    7. You will receive a confirmation email once payment is processed

  • What do I use for access instead of my Members Card this year?

    From 2024 we will no longer use Member Cards for entry to the stadium and will have e-ticketing only. You will have a unique QR code assigned to your membership that you will be able to show on your phone at the gate for entry.

  • How do I access my membership e-ticket/ QR code?

    Log into your account at chiefs.flicket.co.nz
    1. Go to Members Area and then click on My Memberships. The memberships under your account will be shown. Each membership has its own tile.
    2. Click on each tile to name each seat holder under Membership holder details. We recommend adding each seat holder's email address so they can receive Chiefs Member updates, invites and offers.

    To access your season pass:
    1. Under Membership holder details is your membership QR Code, click the download membership pass button under the QR Code to either save, print, screenshot or add to your digital wallet for stadium access.

  • How do I share my other seat holders e-ticket with them?

    Log into chiefs.flicket.co.nz

    1. Click the specific seat holder tile
    2. Click the download membership pass button under the QR Code
    3. The ticket will be downloaded, you can then forward on via email

  • I placed a $50 non-refundable deposit on a 2024 membership, how will I redeem this credit?

    The $50 deposit is non-refundable and can only be used as a credit towards a 2024 Chiefs Rugby Club Membership.
    Simply head to chiefs.flicket.co.nz and select your preferred membership to join. The $50 will be automatically deducted from your purchase total. Please note you must use the same email that you placed the deposit with.

    All deposits will be applied to your flicket account by Monday 28th August 2023. If the deposit credit is not applied at checkout please contact us before completing your purchase.

  • What does the ticket protection cover me for?

    We have included ticket protection in the 2024 Chiefs Memberships for extra piece of mind to cover you in the instance of illness, emergency, or other medical conditions that may result in your inability to attend a game.

  • How do I claim my ticket protection if I was unable to attend a game?

    If you are unable to attend a game and wish to claim this through your ticket protection, you can do this here. The reference will be in your purchase confirmation email.

  • How do I move/add or change my membership seats?

    You can change your seats and/or add seats online here or alternatively, call our membership team on 0800 4 Chiefs (0800 424 4337) or email [email protected].

  • What age is a child membership?

    14 years and younger. Children aged 0-4 are free on the knee.

  • Do you have wheelchair accessible memberships?

    Yes we sure do. Wheelchair accessible memberships are located in the Silver Zone (formerly Black Zone) which is in the Brian Perry Stand. Contact one of our team for more information.

  • How long do I have to renew my membership?

    If you had a Gallagher Chiefs membership in 2023, your membership seats will be held until 31 October 2023 for the new season. After this date, your seats will be released to public sale and you may not be able to purchase your usual seats.

  • I can’t make a game and want to grant one of my friends/whānau access to my seat for a single match

    Log into chiefs.flicket.co.nz

    1. Select your membership tile
    2. Click the Events Tickets tab. All the individual games will be shown.
    3. Select the game you wish to pass on access to your friend or family member
    4. Click the View Ticket button
    5. Options are to either click the ‘download or print’ button or ‘send to a friend’ button
    6. Click the ‘copy link’ button to forward to your friend/family member

    Note: This is valid only for the single game. Your membership QR Code will be invalid for the single game you have selected and passed on i.e. your membership QR code will not work if you have allocated the seat to someone else.

  • How do I access my seat on gameday?

    You can enter through the dedicated members' lane at your gate listed on your entry ticket. You don't have to wait in lines at the general access gates, remember to use your exclusive member's gate for access.

  • How do I redeem my 20% discount on food and beverage at FMG Stadium Waikato?

    Simply show your e-ticket / QR code at the concession checkout to redeem your member discount.

  • I am wanting to purchase a membership as a gift but I'm not sure what zone to select for the gift?

    We have gift vouchers that you can purchase which will allow that special someone to decide on where they would like to have their membership seat. Just give us a call on 0800 4 CHIEFS and we can arrange this for you with no minimum dollar value required.

  • Does my 2024 membership give me a discount on official Chiefs apparel and merchandise?

    Yes, our members get a 20% discount on merchandise and apparel at FMG Stadium Waikato merch shops. You will also receive member-exclusive discounts throughout the season for purchases from our online store. New 2024/25 Chiefs jerseys are included in this discount.
