Goal-line corporate suites set to host this weekend
The Chiefs Rugby Club goal-line corporate suites at FMG Stadium Waikato will host their first corporate guests this weekend when Waikato take on Auckland in their Mitre 10 Cup fixture on Saturday at 7.35pm.
Following eight weeks of construction at the northern end of FMG Stadium Waikato, the now completed goal-line corporate suites are elevated above the goal-line seating to provide a premium end-of-ground viewing experience. Each of the suites are furnished with bar leaners and seating and comfortably accommodate up to 20 people. Occupants can appreciate views from inside or out on their private deck and can enjoy their own catering and beverage service.
Chiefs Rugby Club CEO Michael Collins said: “This was a great concept when originally discussed, to now see this innovative idea a reality is fantastic. Credit to the project teams involved from Hamilton City Council and H3 Group alongside our very own for making this a reality. We realise it has been a challenging road, but when Saturday’s game kicks off we know our stakeholders and their guests will be enjoying the game from a terrific spot.”
The goal-line corporate suites will be able to be used by their occupants for all events held at FMG Stadium Waikato.
Seven of the eight goal-line corporate suites have been sold to Chiefs Rugby Club sponsors with the final suite currently under contract.
