Sean Wainui's Mahi Monday Workout
Sean Wainui has just the option for you to get kick-off your week with his Mahi Monday workout.
Mahi Monday Workout:
10 x 10 Bear hug squats
10 x 10 Kettle bell swings
10 x 10 Bulgarian split squats (each leg)
5 x 10 Single arm rows (each side)
Core:
3 x 50 side to side
3 x 25 sit-ups
1 x 2 minute prone hold
Tips:
If you don't have weights at home, we have thought outside the square for you. You can use old milk bottles full of water, cans from the cupboard, or fill up a back pack with cans. Alternatively you may have some gardening bricks or a piece of wood you can utilise.
Make sure when ever you are utilising weights or alternative weight options remember to take note of your surroundings.
