Sean Wainui's Strawberry Smoothie
Gallagher Chiefs electrifying winger Sean Wainui gets his dose of BSC Protein in a delicious strawberry smoothie.
Check out the recipe below to whip up a strawberry BSC protein smoothie for yourself in lockdown.
Ingredients:
1 Cup of berries
1 Banana
Strawberry yogurt
2 scoops of BSC Protein
1 Cup of milk
½ cup of water
Method:
In a blender pop one cup of frozen berries, add one banana (break it up as you add it), as well as three dabs of strawberry yoghurt. Then add your 2 scoops of BSC protein, 1 cup of milk and ½ cup of water before blending until smoothie.
Pour the blended smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
