A multi-talented sportsman, Kaylum Boshier is accomplished in both rugby and cricket.
The former New Plymouth Boys High School student captained the New Zealand Under 19 cricket team in 2018, the same year he debuted for Taranaki in a Ranfurly Shield challenge, picking up a try in the second half.
Boshier joined older brother Lachlan Boshier in the Gallagher Chiefs squad in 2021 following an outstanding individual 2020 Mitre 10 Cup for Taranaki.
The loose forward impressed early in the Gallagher Chiefs campaign, however, suffered a season-ending injury that also kept him out of the Taranaki NPC campaign for 2021.
Boshier returned to play for the Gallagher Chiefs 2022 campaign and has continued to put in consistent performances for the side.
